PESTO SAUCE

2 Cups washed fresh basil
3 cloves of garlic
4 T. of pine nuts (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Pulverize everything in blender or food processor, except cheese, which is added
after the first ingredients are pasty, and then blended again briefly. Serve this on
hot pasta, or dress up sliced tomatoes, corn-on-the-cob, or cooked zucchini.
